Thomsen
HeoWorks Business Solutions was founded in 2007 as a technology
management consulting practice which focused on helping growing
business with designing, procuring, and implementing its technology
needs. Michael’s desire is to convert his enterprise level corporate
information technology management experience with a tailored solution
to meet the goals of small business. This modern style, representing
the fusion of long-term planning and cost effective best practices
solutions, instantly identified a niche clientele.
Michael has over 15 years of experience as an information technology
specialist within various industries both publically and privately
held business. He has unique international information technology
experience working in Canada, USA, and Europe.
As an information technology professional, Michael specializes in
software implementation, project management, system and network
programming. His areas of expertise include information systems
management, network security assessment, disaster recovery planning,
budget and milestone management, strategic IT planning, and industry
specific compliance and standards.
Darsh Thomsen, MBA, CEC
In 2009, Darsh Thomsen joined the firm to bring the human resources management consulting capacity to the practice. Darsh brings almost 20 years of experience with start-up entrepreneurial organizations of which 10 years focuses on human resources. Her experience includes working in Canada, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. She takes great pride in being a human resources business partner delivering innovative and cost effective solutions. |
