
The Ministry of Small Business and Revenue with assistance from the Leadership and Management Development Council of BC has developed the “Building Small Business HR” tool. This questionnaire asks small to medium-sized business owner to answer questions about recruitment and selection, retention and leadership in their business. The responses provide a review of the current human resource management practices.
